The new Mercedes-Benz eActros 300 tractor unit

With the new eActros 300 tractor unit model variant, we are consistently expanding the range of applications for the eActros. The eActros 300 tractor unit is particularly well suited for flexible use in heavy-duty distribution haulage. The tractor unit is based on the same technology as the eActros 300 and the eActros 400 as a solo vehicle or a drawbar combination. Like the other eActros models, the new eActros 300 tractor unit has an M cab. Three battery packs, each with 112 kWh1 of installed power, enable a range of up to 220 km2. The drivetrain is identical to that of the eActros 300, also delivering 400 kW peak output and 330 kW continuous output. The vehicle can pull all common European semitrailers, taking into account the maximum permissible overall vehicle combination length. Like the eActros 300 and the eActros 400, the vehicle is offered as an integrated solution including consultation and charging infrastructure solutions. In addition, Mercedes-Benz Trucks provides its customers with comprehensive digital services tailored to eTrucks with the eActros.

Series production is scheduled to start in the second half of 2023.
